Be careful! It’s easy to slip up under Proposition M.

buying and selling existing dispensaries in Los Angeles, but that was under the now repealed Proposition D. In March of 2017, Angelenos voted in favor of Proposition M, which is a licensing and regulatory piece of legislation implemented and overseen by the City?s Department of Cannabis Regulation ("DCR") and the Cannabis Regulation Commission.
